We are currently looking for a Junior Contracts/Procurement Engineer to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:
- Preferably, 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Procurement in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Provide Support and execution of end-to-end Contracts Management process for Site CAPEX.
- Assist in generating SAP spend or invoicing data, and perform data analysis, for CAPEX as and when requested. Identify potential gaps/opportunities in Contracts Management; propose, participate and support work improvement/savings initiatives.
- Responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Track and report project variations; maintain construction contract records.
- Conduct sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and vendor creation activities.
- Support pre- and post-contract work in line with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist in bid evaluations, contract award recommendations, and final contract preparation.
- Perform post-award contract management including payments, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Contribute to supplier performance assessments and ensure proper documentation for account closure
- Working experiences in contracts management, procurement, sourcing for capex project services eg. Architectural Engineering, QP, CSA, E&I etc. be an added advantage.
