Looking for service crew who is experienced with Qashier POS system and with skills at engaging customers for a Restaurant
Location at Upper Thomson Rd
Part-time and Full-time positions available
Salary negotiable based on ability to create an enjoyable dining experience for customers and overall experience.
Gross Salary: $2,100 - $3,400
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Delivering food and drinks to customers, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude at our restaurant
Requirements:
- A friendly, positive, and professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend
