Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet VIP guests and offer assistance throughout their stay;
- Control the operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring all operating standards are in place;
- Provide exceptional service by preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience;
- Serve beverages (both alcoholic and non alcoholic);
- To maintain and develop excellent service standards and consistent customer service focus;
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Nitec, 0-5 years of relevant experience;
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hotels or casinos;
- Able to work independently;
- Presentable and well-groomed;
- Excellent multi-tasking and organising skills;
- Part time, 1-2 days per week.
