Job Function/Scope
- Handle full set of accounts independently.
- Responsible for quarterly reports & GST Submission
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and MPA as and when required.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist in the year-end audit process
- Assist in adhoc projects as required.
- General office administration matters
- Prepare chartering documents, generate invoices other relevant documents.
- Revamp of documents
- Experience in ship sale and purchase as well as vessel chartering is advantageous
Education
- Minimum Diploma Holder in Finance/Accounts with 2 years of relevant experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate in Chinese and English
- Meticulous and work independently with minimum supervision
