Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily food production activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP, SFA) and hygiene standards
- Plan and schedule production to meet demand
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
- Lead, train, and manage production staff
- Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food production or manufacturing
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
