- Oversee and assign the activities of electrical workers on site, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to the project's specifications and timelines.
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies, and stay updated on any changes in relevant regulations.
- Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that workers' tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Inspect electrical installations and work-in-progress to ensure high standards of workmanship and accordance to plans.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and minimize accidents or injuries on the job site.
