We are seeking a cheerful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer / Front Desk Receptionist. If you have experience in front desk management and possess a dynamic, outgoing personality, we would love to hear from you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Manage student lesson bookings, practice schedules, rescheduling, and cancellations using our booking system.
- Book appointments, process payments, and issue invoices.
- Ensure the center is ready for operation by managing the opening and closing checklists, including the readiness of training bays and equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the center, including training bays and the back office.
- Respond to, resolve, and/or escalate issues such as claims, schedule conflicts, and last-minute cancellations as needed.
- Acquire a strong working knowledge of the organization’s services and staff members.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible experience for clients.
- Perform simple bookkeeping and provide operational support.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills; dynamic, self-driven, professional, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus).
- Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability to work 5 days per week.
