Overview
- Commitment of 1 year (minimum)
- Required to work on 1 weekend and public holidays (5 days work week)
What we are looking for:
- A responsible and proactive individual who can confidently oversee the shop floor during operating hours
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Eagerness to learn about a diverse and ever-changing product range
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and a warm shopping experience
- Perform basic housekeeping and cashiering duties
- Ensure all products are properly priced and displayed
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Assist with website postings, including updating product listings and images
- Support day-to-day store operations and uphold store presentation standards
