- Presentable, manage a service firm reception counter.
- Training will be provided
- Despatch riders welcome to join
- Speak good English
- Willing to travel and dispatch documents (adh-hoc)
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and dispatch operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Fast-thinking and solutions-oriented,
- Familiarity with using computers, booking software, and data entry systems.
