Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Operation include stall manpower, liaising with coffee shop owner and customer feedback
- Manage and coordinate online sales activities, including product listing, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Develop marketing strategies to grow brand presence both online and offline.
- Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
- Prepare and present monthly operational and financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (Food hygiene and safety)
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in F&B manufacturing or retail.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore food industry regulations and online marketplace operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and e-commerce platforms.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers).
