We are seeking a professional and friendly Singaporean golf instructor to join our indoor golf academy located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD (18 Robinson Road).
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting golf lessons, supporting customers, and maintaining lesson records using basic computer tools such as Excel and Word.
This position requires strong communication skills, punctuality, and a sincere attitude towards customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group indoor golf lessons
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Record lesson progress and swing analysis using Excel or Word
- Ensure punctual start and finish of lessons
- Maintain cleanliness and basic functionality of equipment and practice areas Support customer onboarding and facility orientation as needed
Working Hours
- Full-Time: 5 days a week, 10am-9pm (with 2 days off - off days on weekdays)
- Full-Time: 2-6pm will be your break hours. Part-Time: Flexible scheduling based on availability (minimum commitment required)
Employment Type
Full-Time or Part-Time (based on applicant’s preference)
Monthly Salary / Compensation
- Full-Time: Starting from SGD 5500/month (base salary) + performance incentives
- Part-Time: Hourly rate, negotiable depending on experience and schedule
Requirements
- Singaporean citizens only
- Active membership with the Singapore Professional Golfers’ Association (Singapore PGA)
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare lesson reports and analysis
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Prior indoor coaching experience is a plus (not required)
- Corporate membership sales to new customers
- Should be familiar with golf stimulator data and measurements
