Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process grant applications in accordance with policies and guidelines
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and disbursement
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
- Assist in generating reports and tracking application statuses
- Provide customer service and administrative support as required
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in a similar environment (e.g., IMDA, government grants, finance operations)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
