On behalf of our Client, the National University of Singapore, we are seeking an experienced full-time Resident Technical Officer (M&E) to supervise an A&A project commencing in August 2025 with a 10.5 month project period.
M&E Requirements of Resident Technical Officer
- Minimum degree qualification in relevant Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in capital or A&A projects with knowledge in mechanical and electrical services in the construction industry.
- Candidates with experience in orchestra hall/theatres/musical performance venues will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Addition and Alteration work at live building
- Knowledge and familiar with local codes and authority requirements.
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel for project update and reports
Extent of M&E works: code compliance lighting, ACMV, fire protection, and electrical works.
