About Care
Care is a Singapore-based healthcare technology company transforming how individuals and organizations access healthcare. Our flagship product — the Raffles Connect App, developed in partnership with Raffles Medical Group (RMG) — provides integrated healthcare, medical benefits, and wellness services to both consumers and corporate clients. As we expand, we’re building out our leadership team to accelerate growth through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development.
Position Overview
As Head of Partnerships, you will be part of the senior leadership team at Care, responsible for driving partnerships that grow distribution, enhance product capabilities, and generate revenue. You will oversee a small, agile team and work cross functionally with product, marketing, and technology. Additionally, you will lead the development and launch of a curated marketplace within Raffles Connect, focused on healthcare, pharmaceutical, and wellness products.
Another key part of your role will be supporting the commercial efforts of Raffles Medical Group (RMG) and Ra les Health Insurance (RHI) to acquire and retain corporate clients — by designing joint propositions, enabling digital onboarding, and scaling platform adoption.
