As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver individualized care to residents with kindness, compassion, and efficiency.
- Follow and execute personalized care plans for residents.
- Monitor and document health metrics (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse) as directed by nursing staff or medical providers.
- Support residents with daily activities, including meal assistance, personal hygiene, and mobility needs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary requirements, restrictions, and preferences. Assist residents during mealtime as needed.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic living space—perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bedding changes.
- Facilitate safe mobility for residents, including wheelchair assistance and transportation arrangements.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare industry.
- Possess WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing) or relevant certificates will be an added advantage
- Open to perform shift duties including weekends and public holiday.
