We are looking for a capable and motivated HR administrative officer to provide general administrative and HR support in a dynamic office environment. The role will focus on assisting inprocessing monthly payroll, administering staff benefits, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.
Job Description:
Provide administrative support for all levels of staff including:
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Administer staff benefits, including leave, insurance, and claims
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Assist with general office administration, including procurement, filing, and coordination of internal communications
- Ensure HR and administrative compliance with relevant policies and assist during audits
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed
Commitment Period:
- 3 Months
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma Qualification
- Preferably some experience in Human Resources or in a related administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
