Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR & Executive Support Executive to manage core human resource functions while providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the CEO. This dual-role position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for enabling company performance and leadership efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations (70%)
- Administer and manage end-to-end payroll processes, CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and statutory compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts and induction documentation
- Prepare and process government grant claims (e.g., SkillsFuture, maternity/paternity benefits, etc.)
- Manage HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure HR compliance with MOM and other regulations
- Support recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, and HR communications
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive HR climate
2. Executive Support to CEO (30%)
- Assist the CEO with creating presentations, minutes of meetings, follow-up trackers, and action logs
- Handle confidential and sensitive documentation with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate internal cross-functional communications and ensure timely task follow-ups
- Support preparation for investor meetings, conferences, and events
- Conduct background research and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of HR or executive administration experience (startup or SME experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM practices
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software (e.g., Talenox, Payboy, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Slack is a plus
- High level of discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
