Job Description & Requirements


We are looking for a dedicated team player who is adept working in a fast-paced work environment, to join our Team.


Duties Of ADMIN & HR Manager:


  • Manage the staff recruitment process- including putting up ads for job postings, communicating with recruitment agencies, interviewing candidates, staff orientation, etc.
  • Process monthly payroll and salary / bonus payouts using our InfoTech payroll software.
  • Knowledge on monthly CPF submissions.
  • Strong grasp of MOM rules and requirements for applying, renewing, and cancelling work passes.
  • Monitor company’s levy, quota, and work pass matters.
  • Maintain employee data base, leaves and Medical Certificates.
  • Filing tax computations of IR21 and annual IR8A.
  • Preparation of monthly reports including headcount metrics and recruitment timelines.
  • Handling renewal of Licenses, Insurance Policies and Certification
  • Manage Fleet Records
  • Manage Sub Con Delievery Records
  • Liase with Sub Cons and follow up payments for delievery
  • Other Admin / ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resourcs Management.
  • Must be Certified IHRP-CP
  • At least 5 years’ experience in related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be continuously updated on MOM requirements.
  • Hands on experience in InfoTech software will be an advantage.


Working Hours: 08:30 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri), 08 am to 12.30 pm (Saturdays on shift basis)
