- Location: North Basic up to $3800
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Support:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration. - Personal Assistant Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. - Office Management:
Oversee general office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and productive work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business administration / HR related studies Preferably to have relevant experience in HR & office administration
