As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our established HR team and play a vital role in managing end-to-end human resource operations — with a strong focus on payroll administration and MOM work pass compliance.
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Executive, you will manage a broad range of HR functions, with core responsibilities in payroll and immigration compliance:
Work Pass & MOM Compliance
- Handle the full lifecycle of work passes (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass), including applications, renewals, cancellations, and extensions via MOM’s Workforce Management System (WMS).
- Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, including levies, dependency ratio ceilings (DRC), medical insurance, and Skills Development Levy (SDL).
- Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, and external agencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support internal or external audits.
Payroll Administration (End-to-End)
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll using JustLogin, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with operational departments to verify attendance, overtime, leave, and allowance data.
- Process CPF, IRAS, and SDL contributions accurately and within deadlines.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and rectify discrepancies efficiently.
- Generate payroll reports and support month-end closing and reconciliation.
General HR Support
- Assist in recruitment activities — from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with PDPA requirements.
- Administer leave, employment contracts, and resignation processes.
- Support performance review cycles, HR policy updates, and training coordination.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement and communication.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in a Singapore-based organization, with proven hands-on experience in payroll processing and MOM work pass administration.
- Proficient in JustLogin (or similar HRIS/payroll platforms such as Human@Work, Employment Hero, etc.).
- Solid understanding of MOM, CPF, IRAS, SDL, and PDPA regulations.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude.
