Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening – Review resumes, assess potential hires, and perform reference checks.
Interview Coordination – Schedule and conduct in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Employee Onboarding Support - Guide and support new hires through the onboarding process.
Employee Engagement - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum qualification: GCE A Levels or Local Diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with conducting face-to-face interviews
- Prior experience with interview facilitation and job portals is a plus
