Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to support the company’s General Administration Department in handling operations such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, records management, Training & Development, pass/permit applications, documentation, and general administrations etc. As our business nature determines, this role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin (both reading and writing) and English in order to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking counterparts in the course of work.
The candidate shall be highly organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead all stages of recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews etc.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and exit procedures, including form completion and clearance processing.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Assist in coordinating with the regional office and headquarter for HR-related matters and documentation.
- Assist in managing Work Pass administration, including new applications and renewals.
- Track and compile attendance and leave records for monthly payroll and reporting.
- Provide administrative support for employee performance evaluation cycles.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors for background screening such as educational verification, etc.
- Continue to monitor training programs to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist with regulatory Labour market survey .
- Assist in other ad hoc HR projects.
- Assist and lead various administrative duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a regional or cross-border setting.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both reading and writing) in order to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking counterparts in the course of work.
- Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to details, organized, and capable of managing confidential information responsibly with high level of professional integrity.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
