1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers, administrative, and sales staff.
- Develop job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture to improve retention and motivation.
- Organize staff activities, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
3. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, work passes, leave, attendance, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, safety guidelines, and industry-related HR policies.
- Manage foreign worker applications, renewals, and quota matters.
4. Training & Development
Send staff for training for technical and safety certifications (e.g., lift safety, WSQ, BCA compliance).Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries).
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass management.
