Our client, a trading & investment firm with diversified portfolio across various industries is presently looking for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist to join their growing team.
Functioning as an individual contributor, the HR Generalist will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, work pass, compensation & benefits and preparation of payroll and tax submission. Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will review and update HR policies & insurance coverage to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry’s best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- IHRP certifications is a plus
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience functioning in a generalist position
- Hands on experience with preparation of payroll
- Strong communicator in English Proficient in MS Office (excel & word)
