Responsibilities
Surface Preparation : Clean Surfaces using appropriate Methods (e.g Chemical Cleaning, Sandblasting, Wire brushing)
Paint Selection and Mixing : Read job orders or instructions to mix paints and coating in the right ratio to get the required color and texture
Spray painting and application : operate spray-painting equipment including airless and conventional spray guns
Finish and Quality Control : Inspect painted surface for runs, drips and uneven converage, or other defect.
Maintainence and Safety Compliance : maintain painting equipment, tools, and spray booths in clean, working condition.
Documentation and reporting: Record daily activities, material used , paint batch details and issue encountered.
Requirements
Experience in industrial painting, spray -coating or related field is preferred
Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces if required
