Inside Sales Executive
Singapore | Full-Time | Basic + Incentives
We are looking for a driven and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities. No extensive experience is required — just a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new leads
- Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for conversion
- Maintain accurate customer information and lead status in the CRM system
- Build rapport with prospects through engaging and professional communication
- Assist in scheduling meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Track and report on lead generation activities and KPIs
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (open to candidates with no experience but a strong interest in sales)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
