Job scope:
- Measure, cut, and install drywall, acoustic panels, and other partition materials according to design plans.
- Construct framing and support systems for partitions and ceilings, ensuring structural integrity.
- Apply joint compound, sand surfaces, and finish drywall to achieve a polished look that meets design specifications.
- Inspect installed work to ensure it meets quality standards and design specifications.
- Plan and manage project schedules and site activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with building owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Conduct pre-installation inspections and prepare for installation.
- Able to attend early morning Toolbox Meetings.
- Liaise with the workers in the dormitory and coordinate with them the work schedule.
- Ensuring workers arrive on time and maintain a daily report of work on site.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least a year of relevant working experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
