Position objective and summary
- With a focus on software upgrading, government grant applications, and discovering new recruitment channels on social media. Bringing a proactive approach and strong analytical skills to optimize HR processes and contribute to the organization's growth.
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
- Work closely with the HR team to understand the current training system and software components.
- Research available government grants for training and equipment.
- Assist in the application process for government grants, compile and submit grant applications accurately.
- Explore and identify new recruitment channels, including TikTok and popular social media platforms.
- Any other ad-hod jobs assigned.
Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interested in software applications, quick learner of new technologies.
- Efficiently manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Open to all majors with strong interest in HR / people ops / business operations
