Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Perform simulations involving different models and algorithms (e.g., Kalman filter) for battery state-of-power (SOP) and state-of-energy (SOE) estimation.
- Assist in the conversion of the model/algorithm into embedded C code for microcontroller implementation.
- Perform real-time testing of the implemented model/algorithm.
- Perform real-time testing of battery management driver firmware.
Internship Learning Outcomes :
- Understand the operations of the SYS team in the semiconductor company.
- Gain industrial exposure to the latest automotive battery technologies.
- Gain hands-on experience on battery management firmware development and testing.
- Gain valuable skill sets that stem from ideation to practical implementation.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Engineering.
- Familiarity with microcontroller architectures. - Have some experience in embedded C programming.
- Have some experience in MATLAB/Simulink. Have basic knowledge on energy storage systems.
