Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Government agencies on delivery/collection matter
- Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters
- Arrange delivery schedule for in-house drivers on daily basis
- Arrange engineer for inspecting and verification of IT peripherals before collection
- Maintain accurate and neat asset inventory and data records
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for each tender
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Words/Excel
Others:
- Able to start immediately
- 5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
