We are looking for an experienced IT Director with a strong knowledge in Yonyou ERP systems and enterprise IT transformation. This role is mission-critical in leading our digital strategy, overseeing the full spectrum of IT operations, and embedding Yonyou ERP as a core enabler of our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic acumen, a hands-on approach to ERP management, and a proven track record of aligning IT innovation with commercial outcomes in a high-growth or transformation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP-Centric Digital Transformation:
- Architect and lead the full lifecycle of Yonyou ERP deployment and evolution—from business requirement scoping to post-implementation support.
- Customize, integrate, and optimize Yonyou ERP modules to streamline workflows across finance, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing operations.
- Act as the bridge between functional teams and technical stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions meet core operational and compliance demands.
Enterprise IT Strategy & Roadmap Execution:
- Define and implement a scalable IT roadmap that aligns with long-term corporate goals and accelerates process digitization.
- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to augment Yonyou ERP capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making.
IT Infrastructure & Operations Oversight:
- Ensure robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure—including hybrid cloud environments, network security, and enterprise storage systems.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems and enable business continuity via proactive DR/BCP (Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning).
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Engage with suppliers in China and internal teams to align on technical specs, timelines, and change orders. Translate procurement priorities into clear action items for the supply chain.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Yonyou and other critical vendors; manage SLAs, product roadmaps, and technical escalations.
- Drive contract negotiations and long-term vendor strategy to support IT efficiency and cost control.
Cybersecurity & Compliance Governance:
- Oversee cybersecurity posture with a focus on ERP-level access control, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and penetration tests to protect enterprise assets.
Leadership & Team Capability Building:
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization focused on ERP excellence and agile delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and business-aligned IT service delivery.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
o Minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Yonyou ERP system.
o Experience working in the Data Centre, Power Generations or Gensets industry
o Experience with cross-functional project management and process optimization.
o Strong background in IT strategy, cloud computing, and system integrations.
o In-depth knowledge of the Yonyou ERP system, including system customization, implementation, and troubleshooting.
o Expertise in system architecture, database management, and IT infrastructure.
o Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and business leaders.
o Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
o Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred so as to liase with our stakeholders in China.
o Relevant certifications in Yonyou ERP (if available) or similar ERP systems.
