We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to support our team across all phases of project development—from concept to construction. This role offers exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects, with opportunities to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Assist in the production of architectural drawings from concept through to construction stage
- Support the coordination of design development with internal teams and external consultants
- Contribute to the preparation of design and presentation reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors at various stages of project execution
- Assist with local authority submissions and related documentation
- Support in contract administration and documentation
- Help prepare plans and specifications for the construction or alteration of buildings
- Participate in the development of feasibility studies and design proposals
- Assist in developing design concepts aligned with client requirements, building use, and environmental considerations
- Help prepare and revise detailed drawings and blueprints
- Compile project specifications
- Support efforts to manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide status updates
- Liaise with construction professionals and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Willingness to travel when required Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies
Minimum experience: 1 year
Strong proficiency in design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
