About the Role
We are looking for a Junior HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR and office administration functions. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience who want hands-on exposure in HR, office management, and daily operations. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance
- Support recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
- Help manage office supplies, facilities, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support ad-hoc HR and admin projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or office administration
- Basic understanding of HR processes and office management
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
- Available to join immediately
