Now we're on a mission to grow into an international brand — and we’re looking for a talented Junior Marketing Manager to join us on this exciting journey.
Job Description
As our Junior Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind how we communicate with the world. You’ll help shape the brand across every touchpoint — from outdoor signage and printed promos to digital marketing, Instagram Reels, and partnerships.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career, with a strong interest in marketing and a passion for learning and growing with the brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing ideas to increase foot traffic and client bookings
- Ensure consistent appointment fill rate and expand reach into the local Singaporean community , not just among expats
- Create engaging content for Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google, etc.
- Coordinate outdoor advertising and in-store promos
- Support campaigns (e.g. nail art giveaways, seasonal themes, product launches)
- Monitor and improve online presence, reviews, and SEO
- Work closely with the founder and salon team to align marketing with real-time needs
- Explore partnerships and influencer collaborations
- Track analytics, measure results, and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For
✅ Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
✅ Either:
- Studying marketing or communications, OR
- Some prior internship/experience in marketing, social media, branding, etc.
✅ Proactive and ready to take ownership
✅ Open to feedback and fast learner
✅ Able to write captions, create Canva visuals, and edit short videos (a plus!)
