Responsibilities (Simplified):
- Build and keep strong, long-term relationships with top advertisers.
- Understand what each key customer needs and expectations.
- Grow current customer relationships by suggesting solutions that help them reach their goals.
- Make sure top advertisers get the right solutions quickly and accurately.
- Act as the main point of contact between our key customers and internal teams.
- Handle any problems or complaints from top advertisers quickly to keep their trust and protect our business.
- Help bring in new sales that can grow into lasting customer relationships.
- Hold regular meetings with top advertisers, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years experience as Key Account Manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
