Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- To conduct regular updates to clients who invest into Treasury Products, particularly renewable products like DCIs and ELNs.
- To provide relationship managers, mobile wealth bankers and personal bankers with market updates and views.
- To brainstorm for new products within the treasury specialist team.
Business Performance and Management
- To ensure and to fulfill the revenue target given by management.
People Management
- To train relationship managers, mobile wealth bankers and personal bankers on treasury product knowledge.
- To identify new treasury solutions to clients.
Regulatory Compliance
- To ensure oneself is adhering to the Bank’s P&Ps.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements
- CMFAS 1B, 5, 6, 6A, 8, 8A, 9, and 9A
Relevant Work Experience
- 4 years or more experience, in relevant sector
Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)
- Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills
