Target Media, Singapore’s leading DOOH media network, is seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales Senior Manager / Director to join our commercial team. This is a strategic individual contributor role — ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy, takes ownership of growth, and is passionate about driving results.
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with leadership to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across agencies and direct clients. We’re looking for someone who not only understands the sales process, but who embodies it — someone who knows how to build relationships, develop client trust, and close with conviction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by identifying and converting sales opportunities across agency and client networks
- Develop strong client relationships and act as a consultative partner
- Craft and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution
- Track, report, and forecast pipeline and sales performance regularly
Ideal Candidate:
- 8–12 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or digital platforms
- Proven track record of high-value deal closures as an individual contributor
- Deep understanding of the media agency landscape and key industry sectors
- Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
