About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support a strategic contract review, client engagement initiative and to support the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations, commercial contract analysis, and digital transformation within a global workforce solutions company.
Key Responsibilities

Contract review
- Review and analyze historical client contracts to determine enforceability and relevance.
- Cross-check legacy agreements to identify potential conflicts (e.g. overlapping clauses).
- Assist in categorizing and prioritizing contracts for novation or reactivation.
- Support the preparation of communication templates and outreach materials for client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of contract status, findings, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the delivery teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
- Provide administrative support as needed for the project.
- CLM System Transition
- Assist in the migration of contract data from existing systems into the new CLM platform.
- Help validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness before upload.
- Participate in feedback cycles for the CLM system rollout.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with contracts or legal documents is a plus but not required.
