Job Description:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing logistics operations and managing daily warehouse operations and optimizing workflow. This includes inventory management, order and return fulfillment, auditing logistics and GST invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish workflow and implement and manage a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Manage logistics, warehouse operations, incoming shipments, order fulfillment and returns processing.
- Hire and manage a team of packer staff.
- Manage communications and troubleshooting with 3PL.
- Auditing logistic/GST invoices.
- Creating detailed SOPs to ensure minimal systematic and human errors.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred due to work with international partners.
- Experience in setting up WMS Warehouse Management System is preferred.
- Experience with Shopify platform is preferred.
- Understand the use of HS code for tax mitigation purposes (FTA).
- At least 2 years of experience in managing D2C E-Commerce warehouse/ logistic operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
