Basis Job Scope:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day departmental operations
- Participate in structured training and development programmes
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures across departments
- Support supervisors in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Analyse workflows and recommend improvements
- Prepare reports and documentation for management reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute tasks and projects
Requirement:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel and Word)
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent field
- 1–2 years of relevant work or internship experience preferred
- Good communicator, proactive to complete the job
- Strong organisational and analytical skills

- Able to multitask under pressure
