We are looking for a Manager for our Procurement team. The candidate should have good knowledge of public procurement policies and guidelines. The candidate will work closely with the internal team and provide good support to our stakeholders on end to end procurement processes.

Responsibilities:-
Review of documents prior to publication of quotation/tender (ITQ/ITT)
Review and provide feedback on Quotation & Tender Evaluation Reports
Review and approval of awards
Assist and provide advice/guidance to stakeholders and leading team members to resolve matters with stakeholders
Manage the tendering and quotation documents/processes to ensure compliancewith procurement policies and guidelines
Continuous review of prolicies and procedures in areas pertaining to procurement to ensure compliance with applicable regulations; and roll out new guidelines/advisory
Supervise, guide and motivate colleagues in the procurement team
Conduct training sessions for Schools and Departments
Involvement in procurement development projects to enhance procurement process efficacy
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Any other procurement related functions and initiatives
[What we are looking for]
Requirements:-
Minimum 5 years of experience in public procurement
A resourceful team player who has demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills to address cross functional work issues
Good verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Hands on experience with procurement platform, GeBIZ, and Cumulus (Workday) system will be added advantage
[What we are looking for]
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
