Greater Asia Communications Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency delivering end-to-end B2B marketing solutions across Asia. We specialize in supporting corporates, financial platforms, and SMEs by designing campaigns that are locally relevant while globally scalable. With our growing presence in Japan and Korea, we are seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing & Communications to drive strategy, execution, and market growth in these key markets.
This role is based in Singapore and will collaborate closely with our global teams, corporate clients, and local partners to deliver impactful marketing activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Localization: Develop and adapt digital marketing strategies for Japan and Korea, ensuring alignment with local market needs and client objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across search, social media, content, PR, and digital advertising with measurable ROI.
- Agency & Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and influencer networks to deliver high-quality activations for B2B and corporate clients.
- Content & Communications: Oversee the development of culturally relevant marketing content and ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
- Performance & Analytics: Track and report KPIs, analyze campaign data, and recommend optimizations to clients and internal teams.
- Budget & Reporting: Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
- Client & Team Leadership: Work directly with clients, guide junior staff, and foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing, ideally within agency, corporate, or financial services environments.
- Proven track record managing search and digital campaigns; strong expertise with Japan-specific platforms such as Yahoo Japan , Google Japan , Bing Japan , and blogging/content networks like Ameba , Livedoor , and note . Must also be proficient in Japan’s social/messaging/video platforms such as LINE , X (Twitter) , Instagram , YouTube , and niche channels like Niconico and Abema .
- Familiarity with Korea’s digital ecosystem—including Naver (Blog, Café, Clip) , Daum , and Kakao (Talk, Story, Business Platform) —alongside video platforms such as YouTube and KakaoTV .
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written). Korean proficiency a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SA360, or other campaign platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
