Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product management and delivery, and system integration
- Strong understanding of software development processes, backend flows, and product analytics
- Experience managing IT vendors, developers, and business stakeholders in delivery
- Experience in driving product roadmap and deliveries covering both channels – online and offline
- Strong commercial sense, technical depth, and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telecommunications, fintech, or subscription-based products
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies and sprint lifecycle
- Ability to interpret basic architectural diagrams and system flows
- Experience launching and scaling products
