Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Marketing, Sales & Business Development team
- Track deadlines for proposals, RFP submissions, and client deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain client/prospect databases and track project deadlines
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and company events
- Prepare and update marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social media content)
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentation slides, and tender document preparations
- Coordinate with partners and consultants for quotations and project information.
- Provide logistical support for client meetings and events
- Organise internal staff events, corporate functions, and cross-departments projects amd management request.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome/ 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong organisation skills with attention to details
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills
