As they grow their footprint in China, they are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to help tell their brand story in ways that resonate deeply with Chinese parents. This is a role based out of Singapore (hybrid work arrangement) with China work trips on need basis.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Associate for the China Market, you’ll play a key role in growing the brand presence across Chinese digital channels. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing KOL/influencer relationships, and driving ecommerce marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of Chinese consumer behavior and media landscape, along with bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Communication
Develop engaging content for Chinese social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin) that communicates the brand values and product benefits.
Localize global campaigns and product messaging to suit Chinese cultural and consumer nuances.
Work closely with the creative team to craft visuals and copy that reflect Oribel’s brand tone.
KOL & Community Engagement
Identify and manage KOLs/influencers aligned with our brand.
Coordinate seeding campaigns, product trials, and performance tracking.
Foster long-term relationships with brand advocates and parenting communities.
Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
Support ecommerce operations and campaigns on platforms like Tmall, JD, and Xiaohongshu store.
Plan and execute traffic-driving initiatives, including promotional calendars, live commerce, and platform collaborations.
Track and analyze key metrics to improve conversion and engagement.
Requirements
Minimum of a Polytechnic Diploma, with relevant experience in marketing, content, or ecommerce. Degree holders also welcome.
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
Deep understanding of China’s digital media platforms and parenting consumer landscape.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, or ecommerce.
Familiarity with KOL/influencer marketing and social commerce.
A proactive self-starter with positive energy, strong storytelling instincts, and a bias for action.
Resides in Singapore.
