Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to help us grow our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content, paid ads, events, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging content
- Manage social media channels and engage with our online community
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in managing budgets and reporting on results to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in a marketing role, preferably with experience in [industry type]
- Strong writing and communication skills
