Job Scope :
- Identify and onboard talent partners aligned with company goals, using a data-driven approach to influencer marketing across nano, micro, and macro levels.
- Manage and grow influencer relationships, handling daily communications via email, phone, and messaging to strengthen partnerships.
- Execute outreach initiatives including mailings, giftings, and brand campaigns to build trust and alignment.
- Collaborate with social, communications, and editorial teams to drive performance in revenue, engagement, messaging, and follower growth.
- Oversee influencer marketing budgets, forecasts, and campaign optimizations to meet business objectives.
- Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate social media activations and forecast performance.
- Maintain an influencer calendar to support content planning across all platforms.
- Stay updated on pop culture, social trends, influencer dynamics, emerging technologies, and new platforms.
