Job description :
- Marketing of construction and scaffolding materials
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to grow market share.
- Establishing new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships, and maintain existing relationships with customers
- Managing customer requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored scaffolding and formwork solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
- Prepare client quotations and tenders(rental/sales/projects)
- Negotiate contracts
- Provide after-sales support services
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Administering client accounts and follow up closely for payment status
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Solve client problems
- Discuss with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Plan and arrange products to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the construction, scaffolding/formwork, or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding products and their applications in construction projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
