Responsibilities: In this dual role, the selected candidate will be responsible for both business development and marketing activities.
- Your key responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Actively participating in team meetings to discuss workflow and propose improvements
- Handling customer inquiries and understanding their unique requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Following up on sales leads and contributing to the growth of our client base
- Gaining diverse experience in marketing & business for brands across different industries

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess:
