About the Role
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our client's Transaction Operations Team , focusing on corporate actions and proxy voting lifecycle management . This role offers the opportunity to work across the full trade life cycle, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting, while collaborating with internal teams, custodians, and outsourced service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and act as the first point of escalation for all corporate action matters.
- Manage and resolve escalations from stakeholders, including internal teams, custodians, and service providers.
- Ensure timely processing of corporate action events across global markets, including event validation, election instructions, processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate proxy voting submissions with fund managers and service providers.
- Support regulatory reporting related to corporate actions and proxy voting.
- Contribute to new market and product transitions, ad hoc projects, and process improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for projects impacting product development.
- Drive risk management, incident management, and process automation within the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years’ experience in Middle Office / Operations in the asset management industry.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of asset management operations and experience managing outsourced service providers.
- Familiarity with Aladdin is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for process enhancement and innovation.
